Soothing buttery shades and crisp white linens tell a bold story throughout this neutral house tour by Coco+Kelley. They even offer complementary fabric selections and this great list of basic elements to help inspire neutral interiors:

  1. A soft creamy palette and rooms filled with architectural details
  2. Casegoods in darker wood for contrast
  3. Upholstered pieces in natural woven materials and often solid (think burlap, linen, cotton)

Classic Interpretation

Pyne Hollyhock Print has origins as an English block printed cotton. It was first used by preeminent American designer Albert Hadley in 1962 for his client Mrs. Nancy Pyne, a close friend of both Mr. Hadley’s and associate Sister Parrish. The original chintz fabric can be found in the book Influential Interiors and in the July 2009 issue of House Beautiful. Mrs. Pyne has graciously lent her faded vintage fabric to Schumacher to interpret.

See what Go Design Go has to say about this iconic print!

For Schumacher’s Classic Prints-Spring 2010 Collection, this fabric was reproduced with the original scale and detail in chic updated shades.
